  During the production process of seamless steel cylinders, each cylinder undergoes strict quality inspection. Ultrasonic testing, as a non-destructive testing method, can penetrate the surface of the cylinder with high-frequency sound waves to detect the integrity of its internal structure. Compared to traditional inspection methods, ultrasonic testing not only effectively identifies tiny cracks, voids, and other defects, but also provides real-time data feedback, enabling operators to make timely judgments

 In our production workshop, operators use ultrasonic testing equipment by placing the probe close to the surface of the steel cylinders. With the help of ultrasonic signals, they scan the inside and outside of the cylinders, accurately detecting the structural integrity inch by inch. With the support of professional equipment, we can quickly and accurately identify any potential safety hazards in the cylinders. If the inspection results show no defects, the cylinders will proceed to the next production process. However, if any issues arise, they will be promptly marked for repair or removal

  The production of every seamless steel bottle is inseparable from strict quality control. Whether it is the selection of raw materials, manufacturing processes, or post-production inspections, precise quality monitoring is the cornerstone of safety. Ultrasonic testing technology is a key component in quality control, as it can detect small defects on the surface and inside of the steel bottle, such as cracks, voids, and inclusions, ensuring the structural integrity of the product

The quality inspection of seamless steel cylinders does not only occur during the production process, but also extends to transportation. Every cylinder that passes the ultrasonic flaw detection will undergo a confirmation by our quality control department to ensure no oversight. Qualified cylinders will be labeled as "approved" and carefully packaged before being ready for shipment to customers
